This place is a good hotel located in a safe area with close proximity to restaurants, the Belles Artes, and the historical center.

The staff was very friendly. The location was ideal for getting to know the city. Within walking distance from town centre and a few steps from estacion Hidalgo metro station. The overnight doorman was extra nice.

A little noisy from the street up front. Our room had a problem with electricity.

Julio, was very friendly, spoke good English, very accommodating. There was 24 hour security staff. The other staff members were very friendly as well. Location was ideal. We felt safe. The suite was clean, kitchenette was sufficient.

The noise from the construction on the street in front of our room kept us awake the first two nights. However, we requested for another room and got transferred on the third day of our 4 night stay.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Almeda park and Hidalgo metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is within walking distance of popular attractions such as Constitution square and the Diego Rivera Museum. The area felt safe and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the fact that the windows could be opened for fresh air.
